Daily Dumbbell/ Kettlebell Workouts
This program is for all fitness levels. You don’t need a fancy gym or personal trainer to get your workouts completed. All the workouts will have demonstration videos, plus you will get online access to ask any questions if you need any help.
You will need the following recommendations:
M| 20lbs & 40lbs
W| 10lbs & 20lbs
